CNC Programmable Top & Face Grinder – “Aldo” is a 5-axis CNC Face and Top Grinder in a single setup with backpacked wheels.
It has a memory allowing free programming of virtually any tooth geometry and variable pitch indexing pattern. It has a harmonic probe that can sense tooth length and position in facing. It can probe multiple teeth in topping to assure cycle begins on correct tooth. Made in Italy.
2015 ABM CNC-550
“ABE” is a 6 axis CNC Top and Face Saw Blade Grinder. It can grind all common tooth geometries in one revolution.
It runs Windows 7 PC Controller with a 17” monitor, graphical interface and internet connection. There is an auto plate thickness adjustment to self center bevels. It features a Smart Electronic indexing for variable pitch and skip tooth blades. Made in Turkey.

Auto Face Grinder
The Automatic Face Only Grinder was Rebuilt in 2012 and is a fantastic face grinding machine. “Katherine” does a smooth job on those Shear Alternating Angle Face Blades that I explain about in the FAQ page.
This machine uses regular water coolant. This machine was made in the USA.

Knife Grinder
Our planer/jointer knife grinder is capable of grinding knives up to 30″ long and 1″ thick. We can sharpen 4 knives in a set at one time to ensure a consistent edge. High Speed Steel, Carbide Inlay and Solid Carbide knives can be sharpened on this machine with different wheels.
It uses regular water coolant and was made on the Island of Crete.

Top Grinder
This machine is a manual Top Grinder and works well to take down repaired tips and to grind special requested grinds.
“Orville” uses regular water coolant. Made in the USA.
1997 Wright W-350-MHD
Side Grinder
This manual Side Grinder can grind new carbide tips and corrects the Kerf with the other teeth of the blade.
It uses regular water coolant. “Wilbur” was also made in the USA.

Jonathan uses this to sharpen router bits, shaper cutters and other carbide tipped cutters.
This machine uses regular water coolant. It was made in Italy. We call it UTMA.
